Step 1 — Project Intake & Fit Check
Every project begins with a short intake so we can understand your goals, timeline, and investment range.
This allows us to confirm whether MODÈN is the right fit for your project before moving forward. Not every project is a match — and that’s intentional.
Step 2 — Design Consultation
Qualified projects move forward with a paid design consultation, held on-site, virtually, or at our studio by appointment.
During this session we:
• Review your space and layout
• Discuss budget alignment
• Identify constraints and opportunities
• Establish a clear design direction
This consultation ensures all decisions are grounded in buildability, functionality, and realistic expectations.
Step 3 — Design Direction & Tier Recommendation
MODÈN works in clearly defined tiers based on level of finish, storage, and design involvement.
Rather than overwhelming clients with endless options, we curate recommendations that align with your goals and investment range — helping projects move forward efficiently and confidently.
Step 4 — Installed Proposal
Following the design consultation, we prepare a clear installed proposal that includes cabinetry, coordination, and professional installation.
You receive one comprehensive scope and one number — no fragmented responsibilities or hidden surprises.
Step 5 — Delivery & Installation
Once approved, MODÈN manages ordering, logistics, scheduling, installation, and closeout.
Because design, product, and installation are aligned under one team, projects stay organized, efficient, and accountable from start to finish.
